Critiques
It's good that you have centered the plaid down the centre front - and presumably down the centre back.
Plaids and checks can be very hard to match but it is important to find a way of placing your pattern pieces on the fabric so that the checks match horizontally. It is not always possible to match all the way because of shaped seams and darts but if you can match on a large area then the finished garment will look tons better. On this dress I would have matched the pattern on the skirt as that is where the lack of matching is most obvious.
Another thing with plaids, they are often a different width to length so you have to place all your pattern pieces the same way on the fabric - I know you should on all fabrics, but sometimes it is possible to place some pieces horizontally rather than vertically to economise on fabric - something you can't do here.
